Welcome to the user agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") for MyPerkPlace.com. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.myperkplace.com (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may use the site. Using MyPerkPlace.com

Each MyPerkPlace.com Member Site (a site that belongs to our Perk Network and distributes Perk Points) must gain your permission to send us the information needed to credit your account with Perk Points. If you do not believe permission was obtained please contact us and we will look into the issue immediately. Please review our Security & Privacy policy for more information on the data transferred between Member Sites and MyPerkPlace.com.

To redeem a reward you must provide us with your full name and mailing address. Providing us with false information can result in the cancellation of your account and the forfeiting of any accumulated Perk Points.

Electronic Communication

When you visit MyPerkPlace.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may unsubscribe to certain emails by changing your subscription options under your account information.

Your MyPerkPlace.com Password

MyPerkPlace.com is entitled to act on instructions received under your password. You are responsible for keeping your user ID, password, and reward program account information confidential. MyPerkPlace.com is not responsible for any transaction made to or from your accounts by any other party using your password.

Linked Sites
