Welcome to the terms of service agreement for Website Owners (also referred to as Site Owners). This agreement pertains to all user accounts registered as website owners. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.myperkplace.com (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may use the site. We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you as a MyPerkPlace.com user.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

Standard User Agreement

This includes additional policies and restrictions IN ADDITION TO our standard User Agreement. Please review our User Agreement and ensure you agree to those terms.

Site Registration

By registering a website with MyPerkPlace.com you are stating that you are either the owner of the website or have been authorized by the owner of the website to join MyPerkPlace.com and agree to our Terms of Service (this document). Misrepresenting your involvement with the site you register can lead further legal prosecution.

All sites being registered must meet the following guidelines:

• The site must not be involved in any adult or pornographic content.
• The site must not be breaking any local or international laws.

MyPerkPlace.com reserves the right to deny ANY site membership without reason.

Purchasing of Points

MyPerkPlace.com allows you to purchase Perk Points via PayPal or Google Checkout. MyPerkPlace.com does not collect credit card information or accept funds directly. Once purchased Perk Points cannot be refunded or converted back to dollars. All purchase amounts are in USD (US Dollars).

Integrating with MyPerkPlace.com

MyPerkPlace.com provides numerous options for integrating your site with our site for you to notify us when you wish to distribute Perk Points. Any attempt to abuse our interface will be treated seriously and may result in the cancellation of your account and even further litigation.

Permission to Communicate User Information

It is YOUR responsibility to gain explicit permission from your users to distribute Perk Points to them (which in turn will automatically create an account for them at MyPerkPlace.com). It is recommended that you include a link to the MyPerkPlace.com User Agreement in your user agreement. If you wish to make MyPerkPlace.com involvement an option to your users you may do that as well.

Distributing Points

You may distribute points in any way you see fit with the following exceptions:

• Distributing points for actions that are break any local or international laws.
• Distributing points for actions that cause emotional or bodily harm to others.

MyPerkPlace.com has the right to reverse or deny the distribution of points for any reason.

Cancellation of Account

MyPerkPlace.com reserves to right to cancel your account for any reason including the violation of the terms above. Any refund of Perk Points that have been purchased but not yet distributed is not guaranteed and will be done on a discretionary basis. NO REFUND will be given for Perk Points that have already been distributed.
